What is your processing timeline for in-stock items?

Allow 1-3 business days for in-stock orders to be processed. Orders will be mailed from the USA.

 

How long will it take to receive my package?

Orders within the US take 3-5 business days and may take up to a month or longer for other countries. All orders will include a tracking number.

Please note that these are estimates, and actual times may vary due to external factors such as weather, carrier, customs, etc.


Do you offer stamped shipping?

Flat items such as postcards, playing cards & photocards are eligible for stamped, untracked shipping. Please keep in mind that I am not responsible for any lost envelopes once they leave my hands!

I ordered a preorder item. When will that ship?

Please refer to the specific product listing for a more accurate timeline. Typically, preorders will ship 1-2 months after the preorder period ends. I do not recommend placing an order if the package needs to arrive to you within a short deadline.

If your order contains both in-stock & preorder items, it will be processed after all items in the order have arrived to me.

 

What if I need to modify my order?

In the case that you incorrectly placed an order or wrote the wrong shipping address and / or are moving soon, please contact me ASAP, before your order ships. I cannot do anything about your order if it has already been processed & shipped.

For preorder items, modifications can only be honoured if they are requested within the preorder period.

Do you ship to EU / UK / worldwide?

Yes, however buyers are responsible for paying any VAT / customs fees upon receiving their package.

There are, however, few countries I currently cannot ship to because my courier does not allow it. Please refer to this link to see if your country is listed under "Suspensions."

 

What if my package is lost?

Packages are out of my control once they are out of my hands. If your tracking hasn't updated in over 3 weeks, please contact me ASAP and I can arrange for a reshipment. However, you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again.

In the case of untracked stamped envelopes, there is not much I can do. The buyer assumes the risk of lost packages when placing an order with untracked shipping.

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Please double check to make sure you have ordered the correct items as I cannot honour returns or exchanges once your package has shipped.

In the case of broken-in-transit or incorrect items sent on my part, please send me an email at [email protected] or DM on twitter or instagram and we can discuss possible solutions. Photo proof of your order will be required.

Do you allow Group Orders?

Please contact me! My store currently carries only flat shipping rates for individual buyers so I will have to calculate shipping for the larger order.

Please note that once the package has been shipped to the group order manager, I am no longer responsible for any issues that may arise afterwards (ex: lost in transit, damaged goods).
